At Prestige we were delighted to hear that Flemming Poulson has recently joined the Pulpdent Corporation as Director of International Sales. We have worked with Flemming for many years in his various roles across the dentistry industry, and look forward to continuing our relationship with him at Pulpdent. As well as accelerating sales initiatives in Europe, his territory will also include Asia, Africa, Australia, the Middle East, and South America, so lots of miles to cover! He has also been tasked with establishing business opportunities in emerging dental markets.

“At Pulpdent, we see exciting opportunities for international growth,” says Lew Berk. “The addition of Flemming to our sales team will allow us to deepen our existing business relationships while pursuing new market segments to expand our customer base. Flemming is a veteran of international business development—specifically in dental materials. We are thrilled he has chosen to join our growing team.”

Prior to joining Pulpdent, Poulsen was the International Sales Manager at Bisco, Inc., where he was responsible for global sales strategy and export sales. Poulsen has also worked for Whip Mix Corp., where he held positions as Corporate Sales Director and International Sales Manager. Poulsen speaks four languages and is a graduate of Aarhus Universitet in Denmark, where he was trained in business administration.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to join Pulpdent,” says Poulsen. “We are living in dynamic economic times, which I have seen firsthand in my travels to more than 60 countries. The value placed on quality dental care continues to grow, and Pulpdent is uniquely positioned to take advantage of this phenomenon. Pulpdent’s storied product history, novel contributions to dental material technology, and longstanding reputation for business integrity make it a highly desirable growth partner. I look forward to working with my colleagues at Pulpdent to realize the company’s full international potential.”

In welcoming Poulson to his International sales role, we also say a fond farewell to Christie Bailey who we dealt with previously in this position. We wish Christie all the very best for the future as she moves to a new responsibilities as Pulpdent’s Director of Education and Professional Relations.

“Pulpdent’s international business relationships are built upon trust and mutual respect,” says Bailey. “Flemming is a great addition to the Pulpdent team, and I am confident our global distributor network is in excellent hands.”
