June celebrations included birthdays for Lucy, Gracie and also Bear! Lucy celebrated with the girls who were back on tour visiting the lovely Amalfi coast, taking in the sunshine which also managed to make a brief appearance back in the UK. During this sunny spell the extended Gabbitas family also spent a few days cruising the Thames.

The team continued to notch up big event attendance with visits to Henley Regatta http://hrr.co.uk/, the British Grand Prix at Silverstone ,Wimbledon http://wimbledon and the Great Yorkshire Show greatyorkshireshow.co.uk

And finally to our Marie Curie event http://marie curie bradford hospice With preparations intensifying over this period culminating in the event held on Saturday 27th July in Paul’s beautiful garden. Months of planning come together to put on this event which we try to make bigger and better every single year. 3 days of setting up – 2 days clearing up – but we raised over £4,200 our BEST EVER total. This time Afternoon Tea was served to over 90 people, our Cake stall and raffle was HUGE, we sang with our Crooner, played table games and generally laughed a lot. Happy days.
