NTI 378 Flex Diamond Plaster and Investment Disc

The 378 Flex Diamond Plaster Disc is 45mm in diameter. It has full coating both sides and is available in Standard grit only.

The investment material for pressed ceramics must be high in stability. This makes devesting hard work. This  Diamond Disc helps to save time devesting and is gentle on the material. The entire surface of the disc is covered with a diamond grit to facilitate quick and easy working. The integrated segmentation helps to remove trimmed material and therefore prevent the disc from becoming jammed or stuck in the crevice.

NTI diamond discs are precision instruments which are manufactured by applying the UniMatrix diamond coating technology. Thanks to this quality standard the discs produce an excellent surface quality and have a long service life. The discs are firmly riveted to the mandrel. Diamond discs are used to separate crowns and bridges, to contour composite and ceramics, or to cut off ceramic press sprues. Another area of application is the fabrication of plaster models.
