Rhein83 OT Equator Kit for Implants

“Narrow” profile titanium attachment available for ALL implant platforms, diameters and connections. The OT Equator is the smallest dimensional overdenture attachment, with a maximum vertical dimension (attachment + retentive cap and housing) of only 2.1 mm with a diameter (attachment + retentive cap and housing) of 4.5 mm. Delivers superior aesthetic results in reduced intra oral space.

Available in various gingival heights, from a minimum of 0.5mm up to a maximum of 7.0mm. Kit contains:

• 1 x Titanium Abutment
• 1 x Titanium Housing
• 1 x Protective Disc
• 5 x Retentive Caps (extra-soft, soft, standard, strong) plus Black for Lab Use

This system offers multiple technical solutions, depending on the prosthetic project, with the possibility of planning various types of overdenture treatments.

Fabricated in titanium material (grade 5 Eli) with a nitride coating surface. This treatment improves the hardness up to 1600 Vickers with less adhesion of plaque and bacteria and maximum wear-resistance over time. The function of this attachment is guaranteed by the coupling between the hemisphere and the retentive cap.

The retentive caps are available in different colours corresponding to different levels of retention. These are retained by means of a stainless-steel housing ranging in four levels of retention, making it easy to process in the dental lab or chairside in the dental practice.
